Analisis Pelaksanaan Hukuman Alternatif dalam Kes Khalwat di Negeri Selangor

Selain daripada hukuman sedia ada, mahkamah syariah turut boleh menjatuhkan alternatif. Kajian ini bertujuan menganalisis pelaksanaan alternatif dalam kes khalwat oleh di negeri Selangor. menggunakan kaedah kualitatif penganalisisan isu berkaitan. ditumpukan kepada bentuk-bentuk penghakiman jenayah yang dijatuhkan semua rendah Selangor dengan melihat justifikasi samada berbentuk punitif mahupun rehabilitatif. Data dikumpul mengguna pakai kajian kepustakaan. primari dan sekunder berkaitan bagi mengenal pasti permasalahan serta persoalan kajian. Temubual dijalankan ke atas hakim pendakwa syarie Selangor, pegawai penjara Malaysia pusat koreksional bentuk berstruktur separa struktur. mendapati kelompangan peruntukan Enakmen Jenayah Syariah Enakamen Tatacara mencadangkan agar undang-undang terbabit diperincikan diperkemaskan. Adalah diharapkan analisis akan berupaya menangani syariah. Semoga juga memperkasakan seterusnya membantu membuat penghakiman.
